A replay with the same key and the same expected_revision/source_version_id returns the original updated draft unchanged (including a recorded design failure on the new version); the same key with a different value for either is 409 {"error":{"type":"conflict","code":"idempotency_key_reuse","message":"widget changed or preview is no longer current"}}. expected_revision is the DRAFT's own revision, not the widget's.
